Unless it is a special circumstance, on all work for hire projects I allow an additional copyright to the persons who commissioned the original work. I believe photos are for the enjoyment of everyone and my goal is always that they be seen and appreciated by others. However, I do not allow the reproduction or further sale of my work unless specifically stated and I will not sell prints of commissioned work unless the terms are specifically agreed upon with the client. In all cases I reserve the right to display a selection of images in my portfolio. I do appreciate website links back to my portfolio but unless stated in your terms it is not required. I am always open to other copyright arrangements for specific work but I prefer to discuss these options before work has begun.
